Mark, for the stuff you are doing with the scripts such as pdb2gmx (on the Errors page), better if you just use a redirect, rather than having to do the renaming the link text. I think the core of the issue is whether a "grompp" page is sufficient, or whether different aspects of grompp deserve separate pages categorized differently. My programming experience suggests creating namespaces (i.e. Categories) now, but that means using

[[Utility:xxx|xxx]]

for a link, rather than

[[xxx]]

. I do agree that the grompp page could be a redirect to the Utility:grompp, page, however, and we can go that path if we want to.

Okay, I made redirect pages for grompp and pdb2gmx. Now you can use the simple link format (at least for the moment) and we get the best of both worlds.

LOL, that is what happens when two working at the same time. On Topology File I was putting in links to .itp etc. Then you added link from .top file to Topology File. Either way, I don't mind how it is done :-) --Dr DBW 05:08, 23 May 2007 (CEST)

Ok, this was a first enhancement, i've mailed Alexander W. Schuettelkopf so he can also improve the page, since he's working on proDRG developpment. BTW, i edited you personal page (i need to learn about talks), i'll remove it since i was only willing to answer.
